The Materials

Whether it’s wood, chain link, or steel, we source the best materials available to ensure your new fence is beautiful and durable. Real Western Red Cedar, low gauge wire, and thick pipe for posts and rails. High quality materials from dedicated fencing supply houses – not what’s left on the shelf at Lowe’s or Home Depot.

The Craftsmanship

Our crews do things the right way. Posts are buried deep, with at least 24” of concrete per post. Wood fence rails are attached with brackets to ensure strong, 90 degree joints that won’t fail. Our Platinum Protection Plan covers the craftsmanship of our fences for 18 months.

The Customer Experience

We are a locally owned small business based in North Houston, and servicing the surrounding areas. When you call or text, you have a direct line to the owner and the General Manager. We’ll have someone onsite for your installation to make sure you get exactly what you expect. We handle 811 and assist you with any HOA paperwork. What to Expect

Getting a fence up should not feel like a mystery. This is the path we use on residential and light commercial jobs.

1) You request an estimate

Start on this site or by phone.

It helps if you can send:

• Address (so we know city vs county vs HOA)
• Rough length, or a quick sketch / lot lines
• Photos of the existing fence or the yard
• Material you are considering (cedar, vinyl, ornamental, chain link)
• Whether this is new install, replacement, or repair

Many jobs start with a phone or photo estimate. If the yard is irregular, in a strict HOA, or if you’re just not sure of your footage, we are happy to schedule a site visit to confirm everything before we quote.

2) We price it

The bid is based on the lot, not a website calculator.

We look at:

• Linear footage and height
• Material and style
• Gates and hardware
• Slope, access, and old fence tear-out
• HOA or permit needs for that address

You get a written estimate. Financing is available on qualifying jobs if you want to spread payments out.

We do not treat every “Magnolia” or “The Woodlands” address the same. City limits, The Woodlands Township, an HOA, and unincorporated Montgomery County are different paths.

3) You approve, we handle the paperwork

When you accept the estimate, we put you on the schedule and start the items that block an install date:

• 811 locates — we call before we dig so utilities get marked
• HOA — if the neighborhood requires approval, we help assemble what they ask for (style, height, stain, finished side)
• Permits — Cities are not the same as unincorporated county, and not all cities are the same. We confirm jurisdiction and make sure you stay compliant.

4) Installation Day

Crew shows up with the material that was on the bid. Typical residential jobs are measured in days, not weeks, once we are on site. Weather, 811 markings, and HOA hold-ups can move a start date; we tell you when that happens instead of going silent.

On site we:

• Confirm the layout with you before posts go in the ground
• Remove the old fence if that is in the scope
• Set posts, run the fence, hang gates
• Clean up the work area

If something in the yard does not match the bid (buried concrete, additional footage), we stop and talk to you before we add cost.

5) Walkthrough and Closeout

We walk the line with you, operate the gates, and make sure the job matches what you approved. Punch-list items get addressed.

Questions after install go to the same number and the same team — not a national call center that does not know the job.
